Role Description:
MF7™ is seeking a dynamic and organized Social Media Manager / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a knack for social media trends and exceptional project management skills. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to manage and execute social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our clients' branding and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, optimize strategies, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet high standards of quality.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing regular updates and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and project management.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
Qualifications:
- Degree Preferred, However Not Required
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
